Adonai's Smoking Rosemary Old Fashioned for the “Golden Nights”

Mike and Alexandra examine the “O Antiphons” and the golden nights.

Drink: Adonai’s Smoking Rosemary Old Fashioned

2 oz. Redemption Rye Whiskey

2-3 tsp. simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 sprig dried rosemary

Mix liquid ingredients in a glass. Light rosemary on fire and enclose it in the glass over the drink for 10 seconds. Add ice if desired.
