003 - St. Lawrence and Cocktail Drinkware

Mike and Alexandra discuss St. Lawrence, who is famous for the way that he died, and the dark humor that surrounds his legacy. They also talk about various phenomena that are named after St. Lawrence, and then discuss the different types of drinkware that you should stock your cupboards with for mixing cocktails.

St. Lawrence the Deacon: August 10th

 Drink: St. Lawrence No. 1

½ oz Grand Marnier

1oz Canadian Whisky

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 small dash Angostura bitters

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake forty times. Strain into a cocktail glass.
